Service Description

System checkups are different depending on system type and what season it is. These checkups are based on the most common system types. Your individual system may vary. Oil-burning systems are not permissible at this price. Check and replace or clean customer-provided air filter; Lubricate motor bearings if not sealed; Check safety controls; Check starting capabilities; Check operating pressures; Inspect and tighten electrical connections; Check temperature splits; Check amp draw on motors; Clean condensate drains; Add anti-bacterial agent to drain lines; Clean condenser coils with approved chemicals; Check & adjust drive belt
